Hidden from tourists for many years, transformed by the communists into a sanatorium, the castle at the bottom of the Bucegi Mountains has been revived by the tale of Nevermore Academy. Behind the film Wednesday, the mountain residence of the Cantacuzino family preserves unique stories from its members' long Romanian journey.

5.00We visit the three castles with Constantin who was very attentive, kind, always willing to help us in answering our questions etc. We had to buy the Peles tickets on line and he helped sending the oficial link and letting us know which time frame to buy. The rest of the tickets were bought on each castle. We asked him in advance if we could bring our luggage with us because we had reservations in Brasov, so after the tour, he drove us to our Airbnb.
A wonderful day withour guide and driver Roxana.

5.00We had a day trip to see the sights in Transylvania. Our driver and guide was Roxana - she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and got us into the locations so we didn't have to work out how to proceed - she did it all for us.

5.00Our driver was very knowledgeable about the history, visibly passionate about his job, accommodating and flexible, spoke excellent English and helped us with everything he could. I strongly recommend this tour as Cantacuzino castle isn’t yet overrun by the tourists so you can enjoy it almost on your own.
