5.00We had a great experience with this service. We were assigned driver Master Duan, whom was extremely nice and polite. He brought fruit in the morning, took us to a place at Mutianyu for great coffee, helped to get our tickers and walked us all the way to the entrance. He was very patient waiting for us all the extra time we took to come down. The car was clean and comfortable.

He brought fruit in the morning, took us to a place at Mutianyu for great coffee, helped to get our tickers and walked us all the way to the entrance. 5.00We booked via WhatsApp communication a couple of weeks beforehand. Everything was organised quickly with speedy replies, and a price for our trip was agreed. We wanted a quick trip to the Zoo for the pandas and then onto the Great Wall. The day before, we got another confirmation reminder. Driver was on time. Car was spacious and he drove safely. English was very good. Our daughter said it was the first driver, after several taxis and Didi trips, who didn't make her feel car sick. All the tickets were organised on-site by the driver so we didn't have to struggle with the language barrier ourselves. Overall, we can only recommend Benny and the team for a great hassle-free experience. Really pleased. Thank you!
