1.00I made a reservation by phone with Qatar International Tours. A representative named Khaled confirmed the booking and promised to send the payment link and meeting details by the next morning. The next day, I received nothing. When I tried calling Khaled, he did not answer. When I called from a different number, he answered but denied the entire conversation and the reservation. What made the situation worse is that he then proposed three rooms without private toilets, despite clearly knowing that we are traveling with an elderly father in his 80s, which is completely unacceptable. This experience shows a lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic respect for customers. I would not recommend this agency and advise others to be very careful before trusting phone confirmations.
