What To Expect
Select the date and time of pickup, On the day of request, the driver will meet you at the requested location. The driver will Wait for you for 60 minutes at the airport and 15 minutes at the hotel. Look for the lead passenger name sign and call the driver on the number shared with you. If the driver is not reachable you can contact our customer support anytime. Enjoy your journey.

4.00Comfortable ride in a large Mercedes sprinter, that fit 4 of us and 1-3 luggages each. Picked us up from the cruise terminal right on time, at 9:30AM and got us to Bergen airport efficiently. Cost a bit more than taking the airport bus organized by Viking Cruise, but the very slight premium was worth it, to not be around all the people who were coughing and sneezing (without masks, naturally). The company was very good with communicating all the details ahead of time, via Viator messaging. But there was some kind of miscommunication on the day-of, and I needed to send the driver all the details again, about 90 min prior to pick-up time. Fortunately I had a local SIM, and we could communicate via Whatsapp, so this was not a huge hassle. It was still annoying though - and had me wondering if they would actually deliver - which they eventually did. Driver was kind and engaged us in conversation, giving us little tidbits on what we were seeing during the ride. He also didn't seem perturbed at the weight of our luggages, and easily carried them on and off the van.

3.00They were efficient. The driver had to wait 45 min because the bags took so long from the flight. We had 5 bags total and since my wife uses a cane and we are both in our 70's the driver never helped , never spoke or helped with luggage into the hotel. Therefore I didn't tip.

1.00We booked a “black car service,” but got a basic transport van. The driver didn’t help with luggage, took a call while driving, and didn’t speak much English. He missed our stop, ignored our protests, and dropped us two blocks away, saying he couldn’t turn around. Not what we expected.
