5.00Jennifer was totally outstanding. Could not have asked for a better tour guide. Very informative and full of energy/enthusiasm. The knowledge of the area and people was very valuable. Planning on going on more tours and wish that I could have her as my guide.

5.00We had a daylong layover in Panama and booked a tour with Jennifer, who: * was very engaging & entertaining * accommodated our layover schedule and assisted with our request * ran outside in the pouring rain to take pictures of us * treated us like family members * positioned us for an optimal viewing experience of a ship crossing through the panama canal We also appreciated that she shared information about the lower income/indigenous/longer term residents of the region as well as the more recent residents, including the impact of gentrification. Overall, she was fun!

4.00Our guide Jose was wonderful, full of knowledge and knew the answer to all of our questions. For us we think the tour would be 5* if you had the choice to go to the duty free and the other market shops you had to go to. Jose had to take us to these as they were on his itinerary but we are here for exploring and learning about Panama, not to be forced to go into tat shops when we can do this at home everyday if we want to!

3.00I book very often with this company and I have always received a text with instructions the day before. This time I didn't get any notification until the same day of the tour and it was to let me know that he was running late. Ricardo was nice but I feel that he could be more upbeat and make the tour more fun and enthusiastic.

Jennifer is a highly recommended guide and her personality and sense of humor was absolutely hilarious!!!

5.00The tour was 2 plus the guide Jennifer. It was amazing! She communicated with me about the pick up time. She was conscientious to get us to the canal in time to see ships/cargo going through and the process. Then we did a tour of the city which included Amador, Casco Antiguo. her knowledge of history was incredible.
