Absolutely unforgettable! Our 3D2N Palawan expedition with Lagum Adventure was the highlight of our trip—pristine islands, crystal-clear water, and star-filled nights on quiet beaches. The crew was caring and professional, food was delicious, and everything felt safe and well organized. Worth every peso—highly recommended!

RUN AWAY !! THE BALABAC EXCURSION WAS A TOTAL DISASTER This is the worst organized that we ever did. Nothing was well done, the team failed in delivering on the trip promises during the full 3 days. Here are a few examples: - No consideration of changing conditions (weather, tides timing, etc.) to adapt the program to optimize the activities for guest. The team just stupidly and blindly follows a program without applying a tint of common sense or critical thinking. For example, we went to send bars during high tide which is absolutely ridiculous, in smirking areas, the team never said where were the reefs and what to look for, etc. We also made 3h boat ride in rough conditions to go have lunch in the most random beach with no activities around. - Total absence of communication with guest to inform them of day schedule, where we are going, activities, how to make the best out of them, and even to inform of weather conditions and precautionary actions. Children would have done a much better job - Completely useless to prepare for or assist during critical situation. The last night a rain storm was coming, and they did not attached some walls of tent shelter properly. When the storm arrived, the walls were flapping dangerously and water and wind rushed in, completely destroying on tent and wetting many others, including mattresses and guest bags. When the guest asked what to do about the destroyed tent, the answer was “sorry, we are fully booked!” The comfort and food were not great either, but this was expected before the trip and fine for us. We came for the activities but could not enjoy them at all! It’s frustrating because all of it could be avoided with good leadership and some common sense from a professional team. When emailed to discuss issues after the trip, no answer never came back. RUN AWAY from this company.

I do not recommend this trip. We booked 3 months in advance and never heard anything from this Company. I reached out a few weeks before our trip and asked if our expedition is confirmed and they said It's possible, we will reach out via whatsapp. They also asked if we could change our days but we had already booked our flights and accommodations. I reached out to them multiple times via email/whatsapp and called with no response. They sent me a "what to bring" list 24 hours before they would be picking us up. It was items we didn't have and didn't know where to get them, rain jacket, ear plugs etc. We didn't feel comfortable going on this Expedition since there was such a lack of communication. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They also refused to return our refund.

The Tao Expedition tour was fully booked and backed up by the unseasonable weather (monsoon). We tried to get on a tour but could not. However, the staff at Tao Expeditions in El Nido was so helpful and friendly trying to get us placed in the overbooked and overcrowded town that they deserve this thank you and endorsement.

Super nice 3 day experience from El Nido to Coron, amazing views, great snorkeling and great service from Ten Ten and his crew. Food has been super good with many choices thanks to boat chef and also for the drinks Razel offered a great service. All the boat crew has always been nice and supportive during the whole trip.

There are experiences that leave a lasting mark on your heart, and this three-day, two-night adventure aboard a boat in the Philippines is undoubtedly one of them. From start to finish, every moment was a perfect blend of natural beauty, relaxation, and a deep connection with nature. The journey began at a small port, where the warm welcome from the crew immediately made us feel at home. The boat, thoughtfully designed and well-maintained, offered comfortable spaces and breathtaking views of the crystal. This boat adventure in the Philippines was so much more than just a vacation: it was a journey into authenticity and wonder. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique experience in this slice of paradise. Three days may seem short, but they were enough to create memories that will last a lifetime.

I had the chance to do this experience with the crew led by team leader Melvin! They were extremely competent, helpful and the food always rich and good! After a dive from 7 meters I lost my Apple Watch in the waves and after losing hope they found it again!
