1.00Very disappointing experience. I was asked to book a VAN (round trip) because of our 4 suitcases, with a large surcharge. I accepted and paid this difference as indicated. However, on the day of the service, a sedan-type vehicle (Skoda) showed up, although the reservation mentioned a NPV. According to the driver, this was a last minute change. We received no help with the luggage and had to load it ourselves. In addition, during the journey we received notifications that the race was cancelled, which was confusing in this context. In the end, the service received did not match what was booked and paid for. I simply share my experience so that other travellers can take it into account.
This is a must if you only have 24 hours in Paris.

5.00We only had 24 hours in Paris so this tour was perfect. We saw all of the major sights. Hamza, our guide share lots of history, fun facts, and stories that entertained me and my 16 year old niece.

5.00We took the 4 hour tour and saw so much! Our tour guide, Sofiane, went out of his way to make sure we saw everything we requested. He’s so friendly. I will definitely request him if we go to Paris again.

1.00We booked a 3-hour tour to Paris, after receiving the confirmation email and the email with the driver assignment, complete with photos, we were sure that the trip would take place. A few hours before the meeting they sent me an email with the request for an integration of 100 euros, as they had noticed that the hotel was further away and had not calculated the costs well. And already here we leave it.... as the online booking program, asks you to indicate the exact address. About 30 minutes before the trip I receive another email with the definitive cancellation of the trip, as they had not received a response to the first email. Too bad that I was traveling, therefore unable to use the mobile. After my reply, they reimbursed, but in the meantime the trip to Paris was ruined. Bad, absolutely not recommended, not at all reliable.

5.00We scheduled a private tour for the first day of our arrival hoping to gain some knowledge of Paris. It was our first visit to Paris. Our driver, Diean picked us up in front of our hotel. He asked us what we wanted to see we told him the main sights. He also gave us some great suggestions. He took us to most of the main tourist attractions and gave us some great historical information on each one. Dean was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He went above and beyond our expectations. He even stopped at several places to let us take pictures. We had a fantastic time with Dean. He was exceptional and went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Dean for a great tour around Paris!
