1.00Our photographer was a no show. We booked this photoshoot to commemorate our 40th wedding anniversary. We arrived early and finally heard back about 30 after our scheduled time. They did offer to make arrangements to send another photographer but it was hot and muggy and we had been waiting for over an hour and half. I was in high heels. Viator did fully refund my money but I was really disappointed not to get our pictures taken. This is the first bad experience I’ve had with Viator. If you book this I recommend you stay in daily contact with the assigned photographer. And the day of the shoot I recommend you get confirmation before getting a grab and spending even extra money like we did.
