5.00As this was my first time using a driving service I was a bit concerned. Once we walked out of baggage claim and I saw my name those concerns quickly disappeared. The service was great! Our driver was there waiting for us as advertised. Spoke English and got us to the correct hotel with no issues.

Pick up was also a breeze - the driver was waiting for us at the front lobby 5 mins prior to our planned departure. We will book with them again. Best part was they offered the best price out of all of the companies we reached out to!! Highly recommended.

5.00THES BEST! We booked Ramon's Tours just for a round-trip shuttle yet when we enjoyed the conversation so much on our way to our resort, we decided to add a walking tour with them. Incredible, family run business where they take pride in giving you a wonderful experience to enjoy Dominican culture in a relaxed and comfortable style. Definitely will book again next time we are back.
