5.00As I have mobility issues, I have to wait until someone is available to help me with a wheelchair. This often takes extra time. Driver was there waiting for me. He was very helpful. Made sure I was comfortable. Drove me to my hotel and helped me inside with my luggage.

5.00Ramón was absolutely lovely! He was waiting for us as we stepped out of the airport with my name on a sign so we found him immediately. The van ride was air conditioned, comfortable, and quick. He helped us with our bags and got us to our hotel safely. 10/10 experience!!!

5.00We transferred from the airport to our hotel after a long day of travel. Ramon’s Tours staff reached out beforehand to confirm details and were waiting for us when we arrived. Staff were on time, helpful, courteous, and professional. The van had ample room for us and luggage. Our resort hotel was new and nestled into a cove in Sosua, and with limited signage our driver made sure to confirm with staff that he was dropping us off at the right hotel. Would absolutely use the service again. Thanks!
