5.00The private tour with Reef Discovery was everything we hoped for and more. Fabien was an excellent guide, and upon meeting us at our hotel, he immediately made us feel safe and comfortable. We learned about the sharks, rays, fish and coral, as well as the history, people and culture of Bora Bora. Fabien explained what we would see at each stop, and he was genuinely excited when we encountered eight manta rays all together, apparently a rare occurrence. We stopped at four or five different snorkeling sites and circled the entire island. The places Fabien took us to were not crowded, and at most of them we were the only people within sight. While on the boat, Fabien answered our questions and shared more about life in French Polynesia, and showed us photos of the tours he leads of swimming with humpback whales. After outstanding snorkeling, we went to a small private islet and were served a delicious multiple course lunch that had been prepared for us. There was never any feeling during the day that we were on a schedule, and we felt we had just the right amount of time at each spot, including lunch. If you don’t want the “show” that is offered with singing and ukulele playing on some tours, this tour is a great choice. Our trip to Bora Bora was an amazing week for us, and this trip was an absolute highlight. We recommend Reef Discovery.

5.00Fabian did an excellent job making sure we saw all the snorkeling highlights around Bora Bora. The lunch was very good. The Motu was beautiful and we had a great day with Fabian
