2.00On arrival we had to wait well over an hour for our pick up, and that was only because someone phoned them to ask what was happening. We were the only people left at arrivals, everyone had been collected and left. Our daughter is in a wheelchair and severely Autistic, this caused her a huge amount of anxiety and was not a good start to the holiday. We were due to have a return journey but have cancelled this and booked with a separate company, so we make sure we catch our return flight. We have been on many flights to many countries, but never had this experience of being left waiting with no apology.

5.00Would definitely book again. Greeted with a personal digital sign upon arrival so easy to find. Drivers were on time and friendly. Even being delayed at customs operator called to check in and confirm arrival. SUVs were clean and spacious. Save yourself the trouble of taxi lines and book with these guys!
