Got clear instructions about meeting time and location. Driver (Mr Shi) arrived early and stayed whilst I visited the town. Was happy to drop me off at any other place if I required. Car was clean, in excellent condition and driven safely. Excellent service

I booked transfers from my hotel to and from zhujiazo today and am happy to say that I am very pleased and satisfied with the service provided. The driver Mr Shen was polite, professional and punctual. Likewise with Alana, the service representative with whom I was in constant communication with. She was particularly helpful as I do not speak Chinese, so Alana was an amazing help. I highly recommend this company if this is the type of service they provide. Many thanks to both Alana and Mr Shen.

My driver was Mr. Shen. He was 10 minutes early to our scheduled time and kindly waited 10 minutes after the start time for our journey as well. Overall the ride from Shanghai was very smooth. The car was clean and peaceful. I was able to take a short nap to and from. Smooth door to door transport without the hassle of worrying about navigation public transport and I was able to come and go on my own time. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. We were in contact all the time with Alana via whatsapp, who explained us all the procedure. The car was clean and confortable. The driver Zhou was professional and carefull in driving. I would advise this tour 100%.

Booked car and driver service from shanghai to zhujiajiao, we are family of 4 never thought that we were picked up by big mercedes car, the car was so comfortable and even equipted by massage function !! We dozed off along the way, ops ! Driver, Mr Chen didn’t know English but conversation could be done through whatsapp / wechat with a coordinator , Alana, who knew English well. When we arrived zhujiajiao, my mom forgot her coat and it was raining day; hence, we texted Alana whether we might ask driver to turn back , in 5 mins he turned back and even gave us 4 bottles of mineral water. Thanks Alana and Mr Chen, we had a great day even though it had been raining whole day yesterday.
