What To Expect
Your private transportation service begins at the Cruise Ship Port of Gdynia. Your professional, English-speaking driver will be waiting for you at the main port gate, holding a sign with your name. After disembarking the ship, please walk approximately 100 meters to the right to reach the main port gate. The driver is elegant, experienced, and focused on providing a comfortable, discreet, and punctual service. You will travel in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle with complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi on board. Child seats are available upon request. The transfer from Gdynia Port to the Stutthof Museum takes approximately 1.5 hours each way. Upon arrival, you will have around 2 hours of free time to visit the Stutthof Concentration Camp Memorial at your own pace. Entrance to the museum is free of charge. This service includes private transportation only. No guide is included. The driver will wait for you during your visit and will take you back to the Cruise Ship Port of Gdynia after the tour. The total duration of the roundtrip transfer, including waiting time at Stutthof, is approximately 5 hours. If travelers wish to extend the service beyond the scheduled 5 hours, this may be arranged directly with the driver for an additional fee. Advance notice is required and availability must be confirmed in advance. Child seats are available upon request for an additional fee of 10€, payable directly to the driver. Driver details will be sent to you one day before the service.

5.00Dominic was great. He picked us up on time and did not charge us more when we got stuck in traffic on our return even though we went over our 5 hour booking. Dominic's car was clean and tidy. He also gave us a lot of information as we traveled to and from Stuttohf Camp. The camp was free to enter but there is a 300 Zoloty charge for a guide if required. The site had ample information boards in both Polish and English for us to understand the use of the camp. It was very thought provoking. it is not a fun day out but something everyone should do to understand our shared past.
Everything went perfectly! We recommend!

5.00From the beginning Greg was great with communication and suggestions. When I asked, he arranged an English speaking guide for us at the camp which greatly enhanced the experience. There are English translations on all the exhibits so a guide is not necessary, but I would definitely recommend it. I can’t say I “liked” this, that’s not the response. I was moved and overwhelmed.

5.00Matheus our driver picked us up promptly at the cruise port in Gydnia. Email communication was excellent and readily informed us about where he would be. We lucked out with the most charming, professional and friendly young man as our guide and driver. He made our whole experience so enjoyable. It’s was an absolute delight to be in his car, which was immaculate, luxurious and equipped with a water for each of us. We laughed and talked during the roughly 1 hour drive to the camp. He dropped us off and picked us up again as planned. The camp is a must see experience. Quite unbelievable that these horrors occurred not that long ago. We were able to be dropped off in Gdańsk to enjoy the city. I would highly recommend any tour with Viator. They are a top notch travel business. Thank you again Matheus for your excellent service and kindness.

5.00The driver arrived on time right outside the port entrance. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. The luxury Mercedes provided a quick and smooth ride. We were picked up right outside the camp and as requested, we dropped off in central Gdańsk. Highly recommend service.
