What To Expect

ISLANDER is an ideal cruise ship to enjoy the most exclusive beaches of the Bay of Palma. We are conveniently located in the marina CLUB DE MAR, Palma. We will be founding in coves (small beaches) on the coast, swimming in crystal clear waters, diving in wonderful depths and you can enjoy the comforts and exclusivity offered by our first class sailboat. Ideal for families or groups of up to 9 passengers plus crew. Authorized boat with professional skipper, local expert in the Bay of Palma navigation area. A trip with ISLANDER includes: - Professional skipper in local navigation. Welcome photo and glass of cava. - Drinks (soft drinks and water) Fuel - Paddleboard (SUP) - Snorkeling kits - Insurance for occupants VAT Fuel MEAL OPTIONS (food is not included in the rental price): - You can order paella or Spanish tapas in advance to be served comfortably once anchored (see price list) You can bring your own lunch and snacks to the boat.     The boat was nice and we had a good day but the captain spent the entire time on his phone and didn’t know anything about the area. He dropped us off by some caves to take the paddle board through and said they were his favorite but they were the wrong ones - small cave that you have to crawl through in the dark. When we said the cave was dark and to go through you needed flashlights he said he’s never been in them. Just a few 100 m up the coast were the real caves that you can take your paddle board through so he didn’t know where to go obviously. We asked him questions about the area and he had no clue about anything and was concerned about getting back in time and finalizing his bookings while he was driving the boat. It said we would get a welcome drink which didn’t happen either. If you are going to offer a boat tour and charge people, you should at least try to make the experience a good one. Also when coming back to port - he put the sail up but didn’t tell any of us on the front of the boat that he was going to or warn us to move away from the ropes. Safety - he said, can you float? Yes ok that’s all we need for safety bc that’s boring. We are all good swimmers but he didn’t seem to care about letting us know any information about that at all. Also the there were a couple of snorkels and fins available (3 pair) and he said we should just share them if more people needed them (although it advertised snorkelling is available). It was nice to get out on the water but expected more from someone offering trips for the price they charged.

    Highly recommend! The captain was engaging and a true sailor. We enjoyed shutting off the motor and feeling the wind in the sails. The coves are picturesque.

    We had a lovel half-day on board the yacht. The yacht is in great condition with plenty of room, even for eight people. We had two swimming stops. Juan was a great skipper and we enjoyed the tee drinks on board. I can definitely recommend this yacht.

    This was a incredibly enjoyable day. Juan was a terrific captain and made our time comfortable and fun. He brought us to a couple terrific beaches and served us a lovely snack on the boat. Our family of 5 had a terrific time snorkeling, paddle boarding, and enjoying the beautiful sights.

    Juan was a lovely captain and took us to a nice cove south of palma. The boat was lovely and the snacks were nice. Great value given we were private with just 2 couples (4 adults). Would recommend.

    The captain was great in every way and the boat is new and beatifull We went to the deltas in the morning with friends, see caves and use the paddle board. After that Juan took us to another cala that was also beatiful, higly recomended
