Sunset in Oia
Optional visit: See the iconic blue domed churches, marbled paved floors, scenic pathways, plenty open-air cafes, restaurants, art galleries and a large shopping area. Oia is one of the most photographed places in the world, situated on top of an impressive cliff and offers spectacular views. The village has several cultural attractions such as: The maritime museum, traces of a Venetian fortress and the captains houses. You may as well see the cave houses used to be the homes of ship crews, and the neo-classical architecture, when the village was inhabited by the affluent class of ship owners. The world famous sunset in Oia is available by choosing an afternoon departure.

Our car, Driver and Guide Giorgos was waiting for us at the exit gate of the cable car top station and took us to all the important points and explained everything in detail as he is local there. He managed the time very well and given us time for relaxation and dropped us after the tour. I will recommend thus tour to all visitors and Giorgos was excellent company…

He personalized the tour knowing what we were looking for. By the end of the trip, he felt more like a friend/family than a tour guide. I would highly recommend this tour and request Thanos if you can.

We spent an incredible 8 hours exploring the island on a fully customized private tour, and it was easily one of the highlights of our entire trip. From the moment we met Thanos, we knew we were in great hands. He was knowledgeable, personable, funny, and genuinely passionate about sharing the beauty and history of Santorini. Our day included breathtaking views in Oia, exploring the charming streets and shops of Fira, and learning about the island’s fascinating history and culture along the way. Thanos perfectly balanced sightseeing, local insights, and free time, making the experience feel relaxed and personalized rather than rushed. He took us to the stunning Black Beach, where he recommended an amazing lunch that ended up being one of our favorite meals in Greece. 5.00We were on a cruise and booked this tour. We only had one day in Santorini and Thanos sure made the most of it. He was knowledgeable , passionate and so much fun. We saw all of the highlites and learned about the Greek life and his family. Highly recommend this tour.

5.00The best experience. Our tour guide, Mario, was amazing. He was easy to understand and told us so many cool things about Santorini and what we were seeing. We saw beautiful things, learned history and about how the people of Santorini live. George was very helpful in planning our itinerary ahead of our visit and Mario added in a few extra things that only a local would know about. We wished we had more time in Santorini and will definitely be back. If you only have a few hours, book a tour with this group.

5.00We were on a cruise and booked this as a private tour for our family of six (one child). Dimitri was the absolute best guide! He met us at Athinios Port and had a clean, comfortable vehicle with water waiting. We discussed our interests, we preferred to visit less crowded areas and to get a genuine feel for Santorini. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Dimitri was and how perfectly the tour went! He was friendly, accommodating, and tailored the to us perfectly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and didn’t just tell us facts, he explained the history, the legend, the culture, and gave us a feel for region. Dimitri also helped select attractions that matched our interests. We loved touring Megalochori and seeing blue domes, quaint town, and visiting a cave house there , the Red Beach, Emporio Windmills, and a delightful wine tasting with Greek sampler at Santos Winery- which has breathtaking views. I’ve been on other private tours but I have to say, this was truly the best experience our family has had. Santorini is a glorious place and we’re grateful Dimitri helped us experience it.
