Excellent tour, our tour guide Jamie was wonderful. Our driver also was great, the van we had was clean and nice! Jamie was very knowledgeable about all of Shanghai. She knew all the buildings and history of the places we went. She gave us recommendations on places to eat and helped take pictures for us. One of the best!!

Our tour guide "Tom" was wonderful. He picked us from our hotel in a nice SUV and took us around to various sights in Shanghai. Tom is extremely polite, interesting, cordial, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and entertaining. We go on Viator tours all the time, and Tom is definitely among the top 5 tour guides we have ever met. The tour was absolutely wonderful. We saw many sights. Shanghai is huge! You can see just a tiny portion in one day. During the tour, Tom pointed out various additional things we might enjoy doing on our own, later during our stay in Shanghai. A day or two AFTER the tour, I messaged Tom to ask the location of a certain shop we had visited during the tour. I knew generally where it was but could not find it again. Tom quickly messaged me with the exact location. THAT's how you know you found an amazing tour guide. He was eager and willing to help customers, even after the tour was long over. If we are ever in Shanghai again, I can guarantee that I will contact Tom's company and book another tour. It was one of the very best tours we have ever been on.

The tour with Tom was great. I was able to get a great overview of the landscape, history and development of the city, which still continues. I learned lots about how the traditional architecture is linked to ancient Chinese philosophies as well as the western influences on the unique architecture of Shanghai. The Jade Buddhist temple was a real highlight and Tom's deep knowledge of Buddhism made it even more interesting and meaningful. I highly recommend this tour.

I travelled to China on business with my daughter and wanted to mix in history and tours with the process of visiting companies. We didn't know what to expect in Shanghai, but Vicky was our guide and was excellent. She asked us what we wanted, managed to engage a shy child and she really had a deep grasp of the history of China and the sites visited. We had a brilliant day at the Buddist temple, the sculpture park, the peoples square, the park hotel, lunch in the chichi french quarter, the bund, the ?something? garden and then some local shopping... and then a short metro ride back to our hotel (we'd specifically asked if we could ride it!!) a superb and full day that also seemed so easy. Really great and I would thoroughly recommend.
