Excellent tour, our tour guide Jamie was wonderful. Our driver also was great, the van we had was clean and nice! Jamie was very knowledgeable about all of Shanghai. She knew all the buildings and history of the places we went. She gave us recommendations on places to eat and helped take pictures for us. One of the best!!

Our tour guide "Tom" was wonderful. He picked us from our hotel in a nice SUV and took us around to various sights in Shanghai. Tom is extremely polite, interesting, cordial, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and entertaining. We go on Viator tours all the time, and Tom is definitely among the top 5 tour guides we have ever met. The tour was absolutely wonderful. We saw many sights. Shanghai is huge! You can see just a tiny portion in one day. During the tour, Tom pointed out various additional things we might enjoy doing on our own, later during our stay in Shanghai. A day or two AFTER the tour, I messaged Tom to ask the location of a certain shop we had visited during the tour. I knew generally where it was but could not find it again. Tom quickly messaged me with the exact location. THAT's how you know you found an amazing tour guide. He was eager and willing to help customers, even after the tour was long over. If we are ever in Shanghai again, I can guarantee that I will contact Tom's company and book another tour. It was one of the very best tours we have ever been on.

The tour with Tom was great. I was able to get a great overview of the landscape, history and development of the city, which still continues. I learned lots about how the traditional architecture is linked to ancient Chinese philosophies as well as the western influences on the unique architecture of Shanghai. The Jade Buddhist temple was a real highlight and Tom's deep knowledge of Buddhism made it even more interesting and meaningful. I highly recommend this tour.

I travelled to China on business with my daughter and wanted to mix in history and tours with the process of visiting companies. We didn't know what to expect in Shanghai, but Vicky was our guide and was excellent. She asked us what we wanted, managed to engage a shy child and she really had a deep grasp of the history of China and the sites visited. We had a brilliant day at the Buddist temple, the sculpture park, the peoples square, the park hotel, lunch in the chichi french quarter, the bund, the ?something? garden and then some local shopping... and then a short metro ride back to our hotel (we'd specifically asked if we could ride it!!) a superb and full day that also seemed so easy. Really great and I would thoroughly recommend.

It was the best choice, I could make. Tom is a very experienced and empathic travel guide. He shows me so many interesting and beautiful places and had a lot to say about. No boring Minute. I loved the tea time, the buddha temple with his huge history and meanings, the Chinese lunch was great. The „i-Point“ were the explanation about chinese culture, behaviour and Symbols. Thanks, Tom, for one unforgettable day in my life and thanks to the driver, je also made a great Job.

We took several tours with Mark and Tom. We initially found them through a website for Shanghai tours; however, it is just as easy to book directly with them. We initially took an evening tour of old city, new city and a river cruise. This is a must!! The cruise along the river at night was spectacular and they arrange for a VIP section of the boat. Seeing the old city was also very interesting. We liked Mark very much, so we used him as well for a tour of French Concession and Yu Garden. I am probably spelling the garden wrong, but we got the correct guide. He was very informative and we learned much. We then went for tea and then to see the French Concession. Learning about the tea was very much fun and we bought several samples for our family. We ran a bit behind schedule and I needed to take a business flight, but Mark did a great quick tour of the French Concession to give us a concise synopsis - he would have stayed longer, but I wanted to get back to the hotel with extra time due to Shanghai traffic. As we really trusted the team so much, while I was away on business my wife went with the owner Tom to Suzhou. She had a phenomenal tour of the gardens, a nice lunch and did some shopping. I felt my wife was in excellent hands for the day I was gone!! In summary, 3 tours with them. ALL EXCELLENT and consistently informative and fun. The costs are very reasonable and I can’t imagine a better organization. We had a great time.
