5.00Our driver Rolando was great. Our flight was delayed multiple times and the company was very accommodating to let us know it was no problem and someone would pick us up whenever we arrived. Rolando got us through the rush hour traffic in Guatemala City and to Antigua all in one piece and made sure we got into our accommodation before he left us. Would recommend Rolando and this company for your transfer needs in Guatemala

As we traveled, he shared fascinating insights and history about the local area, which added so much value to our drives. Communication was excellent; they kept in touch until the moment we met up. They were also flexible enough to provide transportation around town whenever we needed to visit different areas of Guatemala. A truly reliable service!

5.00This shuttle service is excellent, very safe, reliable, flexible and accommodating with our schedule, and always on time! I was traveling with my grown kids and we reserved rides from the airport in Guatemala City to Antigua, from Antigua to Panajachel, Lake Atitlan, then back to Antigua, and then back to the airport. The three drivers we met (Mario, Wilver, and Rafael) were excellent, as was the manager/dispatcher Fabio, who was always available and quick to respond to messages on WhatsApp to arrange pickup times. They were all very nice as well as clearly professional and competent. Highly recommend!

5.00Our driver was JJ. I was traveling with my friends and we got JJ as our driver. He is such a kind hearted, knowledgeable, and safe driver. We had a phenomenal experience with him!!!! And we requested him again for our second shuttle again. His hospitality and kindness was a representation of the beautiful country that guatemala is. Highly reccomend him and this company. Smooth communication as well. Seriously our rides with him were some of our favorite memories in Guatemala.
