What To Expect

According to the schedule you provided, our driver will be waiting for you in the arrival's hall holding a greeting sign with your name and the Tripadivsor logo on it. After you claim your bagagge, he will take you to the vehicle. Once you are ready to depart, he will offer you a bottle of water. If you need a private car we only use modern and spacious SUV; in case you are up to 6 people we count with comfortable minivans, where you will relax and have a pleasant journey. The price is per vehicle (car/SUV - Minivan). There is not any guides in this transportation, our drivers do not speak English, but do not worry, any additional request you may have, please do not hesitate to ask for it in advance (ATM's, grocery store, booster seats, etc.). Anything else, not listed in this post is not included.

We reserved the private shuttle (SUV) from Santa Marta to our hotel in Tayrona National Park. Hader is a great driver and provided 5 star customer service as well as fun conversation. It was overall a great transportation experience.

We booked a private transfer from Cartagena to Tyrona Park area and it was a seamless experience. Our driver Mr. Jesus was punctual and communicative. He shared so much local knowledge throughout our 5 hour drive; pointing out native fauna, monuments and history. We made a stop at Totumo Mud Volcano. It was easy to request a stop. Car was super clean and AC worked great. 10/10 would recommend and use this service again.
