What To Expect
The customer coordinates the pick-up time , must indicate in advance if he wants to make an extra stop for a tour; , coordinates one, two days before the confirmation of the pick-up, if the pick-up is the airport, must indicate the flight number and the arrival time.

5.00Eagle Shuttle was great! They accommodated last minute change due to cancelled and rescheduled flights for our daughters and we were able to all ride together to La Fortuna at a later time on the same day. We felt safe and all went as planned. I would not hesitate to use them again.

5.00I recommend!! promptness, low prices, seriousness! along the way the driver stopped as many times as we wanted, played the music we wanted, showed us animals, explained the geography of the place. Punctuality, he offered us water, it was wonderful!

5.00We just returned from an amazing two-week family trip to Costa Rica, and working with Jerry from Eagle Shuttle made all the difference. From airport pickups to inter-city transfers and excursions, Jerry coordinated everything seamlessly—even when more family joined us halfway through the trip. Every ride was punctual, safe, and super comfortable (his vehicle was spotless and well-maintained). What really stood out was Jerry’s kindness, professionalism, and deep local knowledge. He helped us plan excursions to La Fortuna, arranged a guided hike, and even set up a snorkeling and fishing trip in Tamarindo. Along the way, he’d stop to show us monkeys and sloths, and even shared fresh local rambutan with us—something we’d never have tried on our own! He was always just a WhatsApp message away and incredibly helpful even before we arrived. We had originally planned to rent cars but choosing Jerry as our private driver was the best decision we made. It took all the stress out of getting around and let us fully enjoy the experience. Highly recommend Eagle Shuttle Costa Rica to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable transportation across the country. Thank you, Jerry—you truly went above and beyond!

5.00Jerrin provided the transfer from Monteverde to downtown San José. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! He arrived early at the hotel in Monteverde and was very responsive when I was making last minute reservations with him. He drove with care and was very mindful of the curvy and twisty roads for the 1st 30-45 mins of the nearly 4 hr ride to San jose. My 11 year old son got motion sickness because of the roads despite Jerrin's very careful driving and he was quick to get that taken care of, as well as breaks upon request. He also provided the best price for our private transfer. His van was extremely clean and neat HIGHLY RECOMMEND Eagle Tours for all your transportation needs while in Costa Rica!
