5.00Ravi was an amazing guide. If you want an authentic island experience book a tour with him! St. Lucia is a beautiful island with a lot to see, you definitely get a taste of it on this tour. Would 100% recommend!

5.00Took a tour with Curt who shared his passion for the plants, fruits and flowers of St Lucia. Curt was patiently waiting for us while we had to wait for a tender to the shore and although catching the tenders meant that our time on the island was shorter than we had wanted, Curt packed in plenty of photo opportunities (and took great photos of us) and unexpected stops. We learnt about the Banana farmers and how labor intensive growing Bananas actually is (surprising when they are so cheap to buy back home). We also learnt about the family remedies passed down through the generations for the treatment of blood pressure, infant colic, rash and even cancer. We visited the botanical garden at Soufriere where a local guide also described the medicinal uses of all the plants and herbs. As scientists in the bio pharmaceutical industry, we found the day fascinating! Although we didn’t have time for lunch overlooking the Pitons we were able to spend time at the viewpoint. A word of caution though, the mountainous road from Castries to Soufriere is more of a gravel track and has many potholes. While it was a great day and well worth it, if you have any issues with back / neck pain or motion sickness, this may not be the excursion for you. Curt was a wonderful driver and got us back to the port in plenty of time for the tender. Thank you for the most interesting day on St Lucia.

5.00Good trip with Ravi! He is a nice guy and we had a wonderful day with him. We visited the volcano and botanic garden, and had a chance to drink local rum and Piton bar. Top rated trip!

1.00DO NOT USE THEM. I accidentally booked the wrong day and they could not accommodate our party. Instead they took my money and have not refunded a dollar. So they took my money $400 for no service whatsoever and didn’t even try to make it right. Find someone reputable to deal with because these people are not! There are plenty of reputable vendors. This is NOT one of them!

5.00Great experience with Ravi , he picked us up from the airport on time and took us to our hotel and suggested some stops on the way . He was so pleasant we wished he could be our driver the whole time and which is why we did the Soufriere experience tour with him and really wish he could always be our driver .. Everywhere ! He was great and made the time in St Lucia so much “ sweeter “ as he we would like to say . I highly suggest Ravi, great guy !

5.00We did this excursion 2 weeks ago and so glad we did it this way! We were on our own pace at our own time with everything we did. Our tour guide was Jaffy (hope i spelled that right) and he made sure to stop at all scenic points for views and pictures. We did Tets Paul Hike, Mud Baths and Volcano Tour along with the Botanical Garden. Lunch was delicious and located right beside the garden. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to do Toraille Waterfall because traffic and the distance from where we were staying is quite far. Our tour ended up taking almost the whole day since we were staying on the other side of the island but i would 100 % recommend it felt more like a local experience. This made our stay feel more personal and Jaffy was absolutely amazing! I would 100% recommend the Mud Baths if you plan on doing anything! Cant wait for our return to this gorgeous island !!

Her customer service was top tier. I will be recommending her to everyone! I want to give a big thank to my Tour host Gerian, he was AMAZING, Friendly, fun, Knowledgeable, and definitely added to the fun vibe. Best host ever and I highly recommend him. This was the best Birthday experience!

5.00We booked an excursion with ITT through our Air BnB hosts. There was a miscommunication with the hosts and ITT, we booked a land and sea tour but ITT thought we were doing the land tour only. ITT pulled together and made it a day to remember!! Gerian and Sylvester were beyond incredible tour guides and they really worked hard to give us a great experience despite thinking we were doing a different tour. We missed out on the catamaran that was part of the original tour, but everything else they arranged for us more than made up for it. I cannot praise them highly enough for how well they took care of us. Sylvester is a phenomenal driver and helped prep us for when we rented a car to drive around ourselves. Gerian and Sylvester THANK YOU!

1.00Sorry to say this but felt ripped off ! We booked this tour from our cruise ship. We read 2-5 hour tour so should work Our ship got in at 10:30 am and left at 6:30 pm so we booked and got off ship right at 10:30 am then it went down hill The driver was there but to get to first stop was 1 1/2 hour drive thru town and up mtn all s turns and a driver who was heavy on gas pedal , was roughest ride ever !! We got to the nature walk which was a persons farm with 2 nice views of the ocean and sea , but after walking on uneven paths and mudd they ask you to pay for the tour which was 10 dollars per person , then we said let’s do the lunch as it was already 1 pm as I sat at lunch I did the math and said it is 1:30 pm and we have 3 more tours which the driver said if we rushed 2. 1/2 hours most likely 3-3 1/2 hours then add I. The 1 1/2 drive back praying no traffic we would make ship with minutes to spare ! So this is why he was rushing us to get thru the walk and rushed on roads Not what you want in vacation We told him to turn around and head back to ship as they could not provide us with a real full tour with time allotted and should never sold the tour , even with that we left the restaurant at 1:30 and got back at port due to city traffic at 4:30 ( 2 hours to get back ) no way we could have done all included Plus they don’t included any of the tickets you have to pay for it all !!!! Save your money and find different trip
