5.00Fantastic experience, we saw the dolphins, Orange bay and also another (fantastic) islet. Guys on the dinghy very kind, even if they had a bit of difficulty with English, but in the end they made sure we had a good day. I recommend departure at 8:00 am so you can see everything without too many crowds

5.00Where to begin, from the transportation to the people to the actual events of the day. Everything was well thought out and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. The staff/guide, the driver, the caption of our speedboat were all professional, friendly, educated and just a vibe to be around. The length of visit was proportioned, nothing felt too short and nothing dragged on. To keep pricing short, It was worth it! Keep up the hard work :)

The islands were beautiful and so peaceful, the crystal clear water and the rich blues were so beautiful! 5.00We chose the lunchtime trip as my travelling companion agreed to come along somewhat grudgingly, as she doesn’t like boats. The day started a little shakily: we were picked up by a man in a battered car that he proudly referred to as a limousine, which gave us a real giggle. Unfortunately, he didn’t return my change from the entry fee, so I’d advise travellers to bring the exact amount. Thankfully, everything improved once we got on the boat. From that point on, the day exceeded all expectations. Captain Rashid was exceptionally skilled and, despite my friend’s tendency to suffer from motion sickness, she felt fine throughout the trip. I personally found Orange Bay rather tacky, though my friend loved it. It was extremely busy, and I’d strongly recommend bringing plenty of cash, as cards aren’t accepted. Food and drink are expensive — over 1,700 EGP for two drinks (£13 each). The snorkelling was the highlight for me; I could easily have spent the entire day in the sea. The reef is teeming with fish and clearly very healthy. The sea is crystal clear. Captain Rashid and Mustafa, our snorkelling guide, truly came into their own here. They were both caring, patient, and especially supportive of my friend, who was a novice snorkeller. When she ran into difficulty, they couldn’t have done more to help. They were also constantly on the lookout for dolphins, and we were lucky enough to see five. The sandbanks were magical. The absolute best part of the day was snorkelling a wreck — a complete bonus and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Overall, I would happily do the entire trip again today.
