Despite delays in arriving in Iguazu, we managed to complete the entire trip thanks to the excellent organization provided by Edir, manager of Iguassu Private Tours. We were paired with excellent guides, Fabio and Gabriel, who were well-prepared and had excellent knowledge of the park's vast terrain. Airport pickup, border crossing, and sightseeing all went smoothly. We highly recommend Iguassu Private Tours.

My private 2 day both sides of Iguazu Falls began early first morning - I was met and picked up by my guide, Marcos, a Brazilian. He planned to do the Brazil side first as I also wanted to visit the Bird Park afterwards and do the Full Moon walk in the evening. The drive through the passport and control checks went smoothly and we arrived at the Falls entrance/ ticketing area in good time. Marcos spoke very good English and was a jovial man with lots of information and stories to share. From the ticket area we needed to walk a distance along the falls via a series of steps - some long and steeper than others. All under shady shrubs and trees so was a pleasant but slow walk. Marcos realized I would struggle with more steps so decided we should get up to the road and use that for the rest of the way. A kind bus driver offered us a lift but we were almost there so continued walking. Once we reached the area where the walkways began, we stopped to get refreshments and i rested while Marcos went back to collect the car. I bought an acai ice cream and water and enjoyed people watching and the colourful and plentiful butterflies. We observed the walkway and falls from the first section but decided not to use the lift and go to the end of the walkway - already very packed with people. I took lots of photos and we left for the Bird Park. After that visit (separate review), Marcos drove me back to the city so that I could buy some lunch before returning to the hotel. Next day we visited the Argentinian side. Marcos had organized for a golf buggy style vehicle to collect me at the entrance gate and take me to where the train to the upper falls was. A thoughtful gesture much appreciated. The train runs through natural jungle vegetation and there are glimpses of the water. The last stop is for the Devils Throat walkway - a long series of metal grid walkways that go over a series of smaller falls and waterways. Very scenic and sections of earlier walkways washed away in previous years were a reminder of how powerful the water flows are. We caught the very first train so there were very few people around and we had unobstructed views along the way and at Devils Throat. Magnificent. We caught the train back and started a lower walkway - excellent views of the numerous series of falls - spectacular viewpoints and photo opportunities. It was a hot day so I was glad of the shaded areas. After 3-4 hrs of walking I was unable to continue or do the whole circuit so we went back. The car was comfortable and the drives to both falls hassle free. Marcos dropped me off at the hotel where I rested before my return flight to Buenos Aires. The 2 days were full of magical scenery, Marcos sharing stories and his knowledge of the birds we saw - so many spectacular birds and butterflies. Marcos is a very capable and friendly guide who went the extra mile to make certain I was okay - I am older and use a walking stick so appreciated his thoughtfulness. A fantastic 2 days and worth using a private guide. Thank you Marcos for your kindness and sense of fun. Highly recommended. Enjoy

Like walking in heaven on earth, our guide Marcos was a marvel, a fountain of knowledge and made our tour so interesting with his stories and knowledge. He organised the Argentina side boat experience which was a must, amazing experience not to be missed. Marcos also advised to get up early for the first train to avoid the 'Conga Line ' of croewds and enjoy the walks and falls alone without being Bumper to Bumper:)

Absolutely amazing tour of the Brazilian and Argentine sides of the falls! Do not miss this experience. Edir was highly communicative in helping us customize and plan the perfect itinerary for our family. Gabriel was the best guide for our two day tour of both sides of the falls - he was very knowledgeable, kind, and fun! We loved walking the Brazilian side of the falls, the “wet” boat tour, bird park, and Tres Fronteras on Day 1. Day 2 was an entirely different experience as we hiked the Argentine side of the falls and then toured the Wanda mines. An incredible bucket list experience!!

We had a fantastic experience on the 2-day private tour to both sides of Iguazú Falls. Marcos was our driver and guide, and he was excellent—very knowledgeable, calm, and professional. He made the border crossings incredibly easy and handled all the logistics smoothly, which meant the entire two days felt relaxed and well-paced. Everything was streamlined with very little waiting, allowing us to focus on enjoying the experience. On the Brazilian side, we visited the bird park, which was fantastic—seeing so many incredible birds up close, especially the toucans, was a real highlight. On the Argentine side, we did the jet boat tour, which was absolutely unforgettable and definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The thrill of heading right under the waterfalls was incredible. And of course, the waterfalls themselves were absolutely spectacular. Seeing both sides over two days was the perfect way to do it. A big thank you to Marcos for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour.

We toured Iguazu Falls for 2 days starting on November 25th. Prior to our arrival the communication from the company was timely and informative. They told us what we needed to do in advance to make our two days as smooth as possible. We booked transfers with the company and they were waiting at the airport and easy to find. Our guide was Marcos and he was a total rock star. Very knowledgeable about the falls and wildlife - particularly the many different bird species that call the area home. He seemed to know everyone who worked on both sides of the falls and scheduled our itinerary to avoid the largest crowds. He is a super friendly person and would highly recommend requesting him if you book this tour. Marcos recommended a very nice bird rehabilitation and sanctuary on the Brazil side to fill our first day. It is a very nice add on. We also got to the Argentinian side first thing on day 2 and immediately headed to the train to Devil's Throat in order to have the smallest crowds. The falls themselves are breathtaking and not to be missed. A truly wonderful 2 day tour.

In November 2025, my wife and I, along with two friends, took a two-day private trip to the Iguaçu Falls—one day on the Brazilian side and the next day on the Argentinian side. We also visited the Itaipu Dam on the Paraguayan side. We arranged everything with the agency several months in advance online from faraway Poland. We agreed on the program with Edir and sent advance payments for the trips. After arriving in Foz, everything was organized professionally. Here, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the office manager, Edir, for arranging the tour program. We would like to thank our fantastic guide Andre, with whom we spent two beautiful days.Everything was perfectly organized, punctual, and of the highest standard. André was a knowledgeable, friendly, and humorous guide who made the experience fantastic. We wholeheartedly recommend this tour company to everyone. Thank you for the excellent organization and professionalism! Dariusz Kowalik
