5.00We had an amazing experience with our tour guide Robbe. He picked our group up at our hotel in Lucerne and gave us a wonderful drive out of the city and into the beautiful countryside along the way he made thoughtful stops at stunning scenic spots so we could take in the views and snap photos. What really impressed us with his flexibility. We asked him to add something that wasn’t originally on our itinerary and he immediately made it happen without We wanted to take the lift to the top of the mountain in Grindelwald and he quickly figured out exactly where to go and clearly explained any additional cost. It made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. He was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and easy to spend the day with. As a Travel Agent myself, I truly appreciate the great service and Robbe exceeded all expectations. I will absolutely be recommending him to all of my clients traveling to this area.

He took us through the breathtaking beauty of Lauterbrunnen, guided us to a hidden waterfall that felt like something out of a dream, and introduced us to secret villages that we would’ve never discovered on our own.
