This was an amazing experience and a highlight of our trip to Merida. Alejandra was an excellent guide. We saw thousands of flamingos and other unique birds. My son (4yo) had a great day and was keen on spotting a crocadile. With a careful eye, Alejandra found one hiding under a tree! After our boat ride, we went to a restaurant on a beach. The food and service was excellent- everyone was so kind. We relaxed on the beach for a few hours before our ride home. This was such a great day!

First off communication from Lusia was top notch. We did 2 tours with them. One to Celestun and the other to Uxmal, Kabáh and the Chocolate Factory. Alphonso was great as our guide well as our drivers Raul and Jorge. Lunch spots were good too. Celestún boat ride to see the flamingos was relaxing and informative. We also saw many different kinds of birds along with a crocodile. The Mayan ruins was very educational.Would highly recommend Travelezza.

Wonderful day with driver, Rauol, and tour guide Blanca at the Celestun biosphere where we saw so many flamingos and other birds and animals in the mangroves followed by a nice lunch on a lovely beach. The tour operators were very professional and assisted us in Providing a tour for us on another day when a different company canceled on us unexpectedly. Thanks to Louisa of Traveleeza tours, we had another excellent private tour day. Highly recommended.

Everything was exceptional from the communication in the beginning to the guide and driver to the experience itself. Also they accommodated our additional requests and even returned my husbands hat when he left it in the car. 12 out of 10!

From start to finish, this tour was spectacular! In addition to marveling at the landscape and the flamingos, the clear and timely communication with Luisa from the moment of booking, the impeccable coordination of transportation and schedules, and the knowledge and enthusiasm of the guide came together to make us live a very pleasant experience. I recommend it 100%

I have been amazed by the visit to this beautiful place where the flamingos are in their natural habitat, you cannot miss the boat ride to admire this beautiful nature, in addition to the walk through the mangroves where I was incredulous to see crocodiles and I was surprised, It is beautiful, the boats are very clean, the people are very friendly. The beach is a mega pool of transparent water and white sand, it is beautiful.

A really good day out from Merida. The organisation was perfect. Gabriel, our guide, was punctual, friendly and very knowlegeable. The car was very nice, clean and comfortable. The boat trip was excellent and we saw many species of birds as well as the flamingos. Beware of the racoons around the booking office - they have obviously learnt that human beings bring food! They have sharp claws - the scratches on my leg attest to that! After the boat ride, we went to the beach in Celestun and Gabriel took us for a ride around the town and the harbour. It was a lovely beach but much too hot for us at midday. Lovely to see the places though. Thank you to Gabriel and Travelezza for a memorable day.

The private tour with Travelezza was wonderful. The Flaingo tour is a must do while in Merida. It was amazing. Our tour guide Blanca was a gem of a person. Extremely knowledgeable about everything Yucatan, as well as humorous and caring. We talked on a variety of topics. Conversation with her was like talking to a local friend. She made us feel totally at home and comfortable. Luisa, the hidden boss, went out of her way to accommodate our small requests and was very nice in the few mails that we exchanged. Special mention for Israeel, our driver. We should have chosen this tour company for our other Merida day tours also.
