What To Expect

Cotopaxi National Park

We drive from Quito to the National Park Cotopaxi. On the way we visit a rose plantation and look at how roses are bred (except Sunday). Then it goes into the national park and up to the parking lot at 4600m. From here we can walk to the refuge on 4800m, optional. Then we drive down to 3800m to the lake Limpiopungo and take a hike about 1 hour. Afterwards there will be lunch. We will then return to Quito.
