What To Expect
Mehrauli Archaeological Park
The Mehrauli Archeological Park is located next to the Qutub Minar Complex. Once we enter the park and start our journey, we will be greeted by the most impressive examples of Indo-Islamic architecture - the tomb of Sultan Balban, the ruler of the Slave Dynasty, which is also one of the earliest buildings to use the true arch in construction, dated to the second half of the 13th century.
Jamali Kamali Tomb and Mosque
Next, we will come across the most striking structure in the park - the Jamali Kamali, a mosque built by Maulana Jamali a poet and a Sufi saint who lived in the 1500’s during the period of the Lodis and, the Mughal rule. This beautiful mosque is a fine example of decorative work in plaster and tiles, adorned with verses penned by Jamali himself.

From the moment we landed in Delhi to our farewell at Udaipur airport, Trinetra had everything seamlessly taken care of—smooth, stress-free, and wonderfully organized. At every destination, we were greeted by knowledgeable and enthusiastic guides who brought history to life, knew all the best photo spots, and happily doubled as our personal photographers. Their courtesy, friendliness, and passion truly enhanced our experience. A special shout-out to Shankar in Agra and Jeetendra Singh in Udaipur for going above and beyond, even putting in extra hours to make sure we didn’t miss a thing. And then there’s Vijay, our driver—safe, punctual, caring, and honestly ticking every box (and then some). He was exactly what we were hoping for, and saying goodbye to him was surprisingly hard! We wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend this tour to anyone eager to explore India’s fascinating history and vibrant culture. It was truly a memorable experience! 😊

5.00We had an amazing 3-day Golden Triangle Tour with Jay our tour guide! The tour was well paced, chosen tourist sites were superb, hotel accommodations were great and service from Freddie, Jay our tour guide, our driver and his assistant were topnotch! We were a big group of 18 pax and we were all taken cared of from the moment we arrived in Delhi until we left. Jay our tour guide was also very knowledgeable and we really learned a lot from him and enjoyed all of his sharings. All of our curious questions were also answered! Definitely recommend Trinetra Tours and tour guide Jay!
