What To Expect
Mehrauli Archaeological Park
Have a glimpse into the start of what was to be many Dillis. This tour has been curated to get a closer look at the city through tales of love, deceit, mysticism, horror and even politics of the first city. You will see insignias of architecture that dot the area of Mehrauli and hear stories in stone that have laid here since centuries.
Qutub Minar
A must do on any tourist itinerary is the beautiful Qutub Minar! As you hear about the minaret’s history and gape at its stunning architecture, we’d have timed your entry perfectly to see this stunner light up. After which, we’ll walk through the beautiful lit up complex and enter old temple ruins which surprisingly is also the venue of Delhi’s first mosque.

5.00Starting at 3:30pm, this half-day tour offered the perfect introduction to the city. Our wonderful guide Nups shared fascinating stories and insights as we explored the Mehrauli Archaeological Park, including the Quli Khan Tomb and the serene Rose Garden. From there, we visited the Qutub Minar Complex, where the intricate history of Delhi unfolded before us through the Qutub Minar, Alai Minar, Quwwat-ul-Islam Mosque, Ashok Stambh, and Alai Darwaza. The day ended beautifully with a walk through the Lodhi Art District and the peaceful Lodhi Gardens, where history and creativity blend perfectly. It was an incredible way to begin our journey in India — a perfect mix of heritage, culture, and art, all brought to life through Nups’ passionate storytelling and deep knowledge of Delhi’s history. We couldn’t have wished for a better start to our trip! Highly recommend starting your adventure with this tour and with Nups as your guide!

5.00Nupam, our tour guide, was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and engaging in telling the stories of the tombs, monuments, and ancient structures. Nupam's sense of humor and ability to connect with her audience made the four hours go by very fast! Nupam brought along a helper, Asia, show added her own perceptions on Indian history and culture - bringing many of these influences forward to their impact on the India of today. Our group thoroughly enjoyed this outing! Both Asia and Nupam provided our group a large collection of photos to help us remember this once in a lifetime event!
