This tour turned out to be a great way to spend a day. Matias is a history professor who really knows the city. We unfortunately were in the city on a holiday and many sites were closed. But Matias turned that potential negative into a positive. We had empty streets and were able to take our time. He not only gave us the Jewish tour but added a full city tour. We had a great day. His driver was great. The car was comfortable. When we needed a break we ducked into a cute coffee shop for a cup of that fantastic Argentine coffee. I highly recommend this tour. Not only is he educated, he is a story teller and his family has lived the history. You will start your tour with a tour guide and end it with a new friend.

This was a wonderful Tour with a delightful And knowledgeable guide Matias. We went around the city and to the Jewish quarter. We learned about the immigration of the Jewish people, both the Ashkenazis and Sephardic's. Highlights were the Synagogue, the memorial of the Israeli Embassy and the JCC.

This was 3rd tour we took with Matias during our visit to Buenos Aires. Thoroughly recommend this tour. He’s knowledgeable, interesting, flexible and strives to accommodate all your interests. He’s also a nice, fun guy. You can’t miss with any of his tours

We had an excellent experience with Matias. He is knowledgeable and very pleasant. He tailored the tour to our interests, so we went to places that we would never otherwise have visited. The tour included not only Jewish areas and information about their evolution, but he also gave us political and historical information about which we knew almost nothing. We were shown landmarks which were fascinating and poignant. Time was not an issue and we parted from him with a real sense of BA and a desire to stay longer and explore in more depth. You must book him for a tour if you are in BA.

Matias Aysenberg is an exceptional guide. He offered an amazing Jewish tour but as a professor he added his insights into the interaction between Jews and the events of 20th century Argentinian history ) many terrible events) it was a privilege to have Matias as our guide for the morning. the BEST tour of our time in South America.

Excellent tour given by Matias who has a detailed knowledge of the area, with many gags of humor and curiosities that make the visit charming. We missed flying the experience of how much fun we had!

Excellent experience. Matias was amazing before, during and after the tour. While we planned our trip we asked Matias for tips and ideas. The tour was perfect with a great understanding of Buenos Aires main neighborhoods. We were a family of five, with teenagers. His English was very good and he has the ability to talk about the history of the city, but also understood the group’s questions to more current events and was able to shift and address out questions. After the tour he sent by email a few additional recommendations and we asked hin questions the next day and he had the best attitude in answering. We did a partial Jewish tour but it was what we wanted and had planned for. Wish we could have planned doing some of his other tours. The transport he arranged was in excellent conditions and perfectly on time. Really recommended.
