Batu Caves
The magnificent Batu Caves are one of the top tourist attractions in Malaysia. this 100-year-old temple features idols and statues erected inside the main caves and around it. Incorporated with interior limestone formations said to be around 400 million years old, the temple is considered an important religious landmark by Hindus.
Petronas Twin Towers
During your visit to the Petronas Twin Towers, ride up to the observation deck, located about 557 feet (170 meters) above ground, and take unforgettable photos while you marvel at the cityscape from the Skybridge.

5.00Our guide and driver Ayyanar was waiting for us on time right at the exit of the terminal. Our ride was a very comfortable SUV with clean windows and “just right” air con. First stop was Batu Caves… on the eve of a very special day… We were there at 8:30AM and already the place was packed… over a million people go to the temple to pay respect during Thaipusam festival. Ayyanar tried everything he could but ultimately we could not find parking and go inside the temple but we were able to see the outside and the statue of Lord Murugan. We were able to see multiple sites: Merdeka Square, National Mosque, Central Market, Dataran Merdeka, Istana Negara and finally, the Petronus Towers. Ayyanar had scheduled things perfectly and accounted for traffic, and we had ample time to get to the entrance (there was construction and a few detours), have a quick bite, and then get into the towers… it was a great treat and we enjoyed the architecture and marvel of engineering. On our way down, before meeting our guide, we walked inside the KLCC shopping Mall and headed towards the KLCC park: on the other side of Symphony Lake, there is a small walking bridge beside a few whale + dolphins water features that provide a picture - perfect point to catch the Towers in all their glory ! This was an excellent private tour for a cruise ship port day and Ayyanar was a tremendous and attentive tour guide.

5.00We have just finished our full-day tour with Ayyanar. His communication beforehand was great and he arrived ahead of schedule, explained the sights that we would visit. His driving was very careful, and took time to explain each point on the itinerary. The tour takes in the key parts of KL, and allows enough time to fully appreciate each point. A great day - with a great guided. Fully recommended.

5.00Honestly, our driver and guide, Mr. Aru, was the absolute highlight of our time in KL. I was traveling with my family —my wife, my elderly parents, and our young son—and Mr. Aru handled our pacing perfectly. He was so incredibly patient and made sure no one felt rushed. Something to keep in mind: besides the Petronas Twin Towers, the other sites on this itinerary are actually free to enter on your own. However, booking this tour was 100% worth every penny just to have Mr. Aru with us. His deep knowledge of Malaysian history and culture gave so much context to what we were looking at, which we never would have gotten on our own. Plus, he has a good sense of humour! He was keeping the energy up in the car all day. Five stars, highly recommend asking for him!
