  This is a driver only and not a full tour guide, but I still feel like I learned so much from my driver, Su. Su was a great driver- the right amount of careful and decisiveness for Thai traffic. She has such a love for hospitality and her country. She was patient with an itinerary change to help me find pocket wifi during phone problems. When we drove around the city, she told me many interesting things that only someone who has lived somewhere all their life and that truly has pride in their home and a love of teaching guests about local culture would know. I highly recommend Su and her team to friends, family, and strangers. I hope our paths cross again!

  Definitely a sub par experience. The description of the tour versus what was actually offered could not be any more different. The driver texted me a full 1.5 hours early to ask if we were ready but the tour started at 9 AM. He arrived early regardless, forcing us to hustle downstairs to the lobby. We got in and he had no idea what we wanted to do and showed us a laminated piece paper of different options despite the fact that we had bought a tour that featured 3 sites. No water was provided as mentioned in the tour. He complained that we wouldn't get to to the three locations as described in the tour without an overcharge. Such a turn off. He's spoke no English despite the description otherwise and it was frustrating at best to meet him after each site tour-- which was extra. don't waste your money.

  It was definitely the best option, as we went at our pace and the driver also dropped us off and picked up practically at the door of any point of interest we decided to visit. Additional, it gave us quite a lot of information and important tips opens each place and also to the role of guide.

  Sue our driver was an absolute gem. She was knowledgeable and extremely well organized. We were able to visit many places because of her expertise. She has a nice SUV also. Highly recommend.

  I booked this for my family for their first time visiting Bangkok as i was not traveling with them. They came back with great review from the company, from the driver, communication, giving them informantion and aslo adjesting the tour to their their need. The really loved it and actullay suggested I leave a review since they had such a gret time. So thank you so much for taking care of my family and allowing them to experince Bangkok in a possitve way

  We booked this trip to see the Grand Palace only to find out that the Place closed at 3pm so we were not able to see the inside of the Palace. also our driver did not speak English so we had every difficult time communicating with her. it was so boring my husband fell asleep as we were driving to the Palace. I will never book through Viator again. This is the 3rd incident we have had within 2 weeks. I reache out before the driver pick us up. To let them know she had phoned us and could not speak English. What is a private tour if you are just riding and cannot communicate. She had to use her phone for the little communication we had. She appeared to be nice.

  Omg he wasn’t just a driver he became our friend John our personal driver/tour guide was amazing so glad we found him in day 1 . He not only took us on tours but took photos of us without even asking, we told him what we would like to do and it was all without no hassle or problem couldn’t do enough for us , What a lovely kind man John is a credit to this world Claire and Gemma x

  This was an awesome experience, our driver Suvanlee was exceptional. She was perfectly on time and just a wonderful host. We have the best time and covered a large amount of Bangkok and outside in an efficient and pleasant journey. I cannot recommend this tour enough, it is a perfect way to see Bangkok and the areas you are interested in. The local knowledge was great and thus allowing us to get the maximum out of the trip. Suvanlee was so friendly and the car was just wonderful, modern and very comfortable. If you are looking for a fantastic experience with a wonderfully helpful local this is the tour for you.

  Clean vehicle and safe driver. Our driver seemed more interested in having us pay additional fees and/or not go a minute over our allotted time. Even when she wasn’t in the designated pick up spots on time. Polite but didn’t seem terribly interested in making sure we saw the sites or had a good time.

  A great way to see the main points of interest in Bangkok. The driver was very friendly and told us a little about the places we visited. She also waited for us when our flight was late and kept in touch. The car was comfortable.
