5.00The drive into the mountains to the volcano and the hikes around the caldera were amazing. Since the altitude is 12,000 ft, be prepared to take your time and catch your breath often as you take-in the amazing views. Our guide Diego was a wealth of information about the local culture, history, way of life, etc of the area and of the regions of Ecuador. In addition to the Quilotoa volcano visit, Latin Adventures booked us a wonderful restaurant for dinner and our transfer to the airport for late night flight home. It was a fantastic way to cap our visit to Ecuador.

5.00Diego was an amazing tour guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very flexible and showed us a good time. The tour is easy physically but very diverse and the COVID restrictions were taken seriously. Recommend it whole-heartedly.

5.00My husband and I had a fun time! Word to wise- dress warmly- or bring money to buy a hat and poncho!! We walked the rim of the lagoon and found hummingbirds, colorful flowers, and marvelous views! Our guide suggested a bit of soup before we went on our walk and then we ate lunch after we got back. A local man leading a llama and its baby even graced our presence during our lunch!
