What To Expect

The driver meet you at your hotel to start this amazing trip to Mystras
Corinth Canal
Our driver will meet you at your hotel, at 08:00 hrs, and will depart for Mystras, following the highway to Peloponnese. After about 1 hour drive, we will reach the Corinth Canal, where we will make a short stop for rest and taking pictures. Its iron bridge was the only road entrance to Peloponnese until the new Rio-Antirrio bridge (almost an hour and a half drive to the east) opened in August 2004. Mid-range cruisers and smaller ships still use the narrow canal to cross from the Aegean Sea to the Ionian sea, so that they cut short their long trips.

5.00I had an AMAZING tour with Aggelos! I did a Solo tour to the major battle sites. The tour went at a great pace that I could take my time without feeling rushed. Also Aggelos is VERY knowledgeable about all the battles and was able to tell walk me through the history of the Greek and Persian war in a fun and exciting day. Big recommendation to anyone who enjoys ancient Greek history.
