We arrive at the dramatic ruins of Devin Castle, standing on a high cliff at the confluence of the Danube and Morava rivers. We go inside to explore the archaeological site, which holds secrets from the times of the Great Moravian Empire to the Napoleonic wars. Your guide will take you to the "Gate of Freedom" memorial at the foot of the castle, marking the exact spot of the Iron Curtain where the East was separated from the West.
