• Worst boat I ever rented

  Boat was in disrepair. It had 3 225hp engines. 1 was totally broken and the other 2 were limping. It couldn't hit 10 mph. Everything on boat was falling apart. Swim ladder was broken making it hard to get back on the boat from the water. Bow had a strong moldy smell, couldn't stay for 2 minutes down there . Captain was extremely nice and helpful, However he was talking on the phone for most of the trip. we rented the boat from 10-4 but returned by 1:30. I should ask for a 50% refund but I decided to write it off. This boat should be in the junk yard not in the rental pool!

  Though not as expected, we enjoyed our time and our captain was great! We went in December on our tour. We only went to the palomino island because it was too wavy to visit cayo icacos. Also in the winter months, the water is turned up because of the waves and we were not able to snorkel (or couldn’t see anything). Also give yourself plenty of time to find the dock, it’s very difficult to find even when given a “pin” to the location.

  We had an amazing time!!!! We loved our guides Oscar, Rose, Ian, and Miguel! They were very accommodating and fun! A definite must do if you’re in Puerto Rico!

  This was, without exaggeration, one of the most dangerous and irresponsible experiences we have ever experienced. From the start everything was a disaster: the assigned captain originally cancelled before sailing because the boat was unseaworthy. Still, the company decided to go ahead and put in command an amateur driver, willing, but without the skills needed to run a boat with lives on board. I couldn't even anchor. The ride started late, without explanation, and already offshore the boat presented serious mechanical failures. At one point, we nearly capsized in the middle of the sea. The boat was unstable and visibly in bad shape. What was supposed to be a safe and relaxed tour turned into a nightmare. They promised to take us to two islands, as shown in the description, but because of the precarious conditions of the boat and the total improvisation of the service, the trip was shortened and we returned without having fulfilled the itinerary. We feel conned and, worse, in danger. As if that were not enough, one person in the group was stung by bad water and there was no assistance: there was no medicine cabinet, protocol, or even the slightest emergency preparedness. The reaction was nil. To top it off, there were only 4 life jackets on the boat for 8 people – including the captain – which is unacceptable, illegal and completely negligent. This was not a bad experience. It was a reckless experience, with no minimum security or professionalism. We ask TripAdvisor to seriously review this service and future travelers: DO NOT risk your life. This is not tourism, it is irresponsible.

  The boat was ok but the crew didn’t meet our expectations Borrador para evaluaciòn. Puedes cambiar lo que quieras. When we arrived we didn’t feel welcome. The boat wasn’t ready and, the crew, including the captain and his “assistant”, were completely unprepared and fell short of our expectations. Instead of the promised offerings, we only received chicken and ribs with rice and beans served in foam boxes that we had to serve ourselves. No napkins, not enough utensils, glasses or ice . We also expected some snacks as we had read in previous reviews but didn’t get any . In general,The experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. We even asked the captain to return us to the marina one hour before due time.

  The captain was very nice and accommodating. Rained a bit off and on but there was a canopy to sit under if needed. The boat was bigger than expected so we were able to bring an extra cooler, bags, umbrellas, and beach chairs. The food was DELICIOUS! Bean dip, spicy crab dip and sweet plantain dip with chips followed by a lunch of ribs, chicken, rice and beans, and sweet potatoes! Water, soda and beer provided as well. Island sand and water was beautiful and so clean. Well worth the money for a private tour!

  The boat ride was a wonderful experience. The captain was very friendly and always attentive to our needs. Lunch was really good. My whole family had a great time and we’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend.
