Garni Temple
The pagan temple of Garni was built in the second half of the 1st century by King Trdat III. This is the only pagan temple, which has been preserved on the territory of Armenia. After the adoption of Christianity it became the summer residence of Khosrovadukht, sister of King Trdat III. It was destroyed in 1679 by an earthquake. Parts, fragments of graceful columns and wall stones were spread around the temple. It is supposed that the temple was dedicated to Mithra, the God of the Sun. The temple of Garni is included in UNESCO World Heritage List.
Charent's Arch
Charents Arch is located near Yerevan, between the pagan temple of Garni and Geghard Christian monastery complex in the village of Vokhchaberd. At first glance, the Arch seems to be the most ordinary and unremarkable, but coming closer, passing to the platform inside the arch and looking at the panorama, everything becomes clear – this is the best place to admire the great and sacred mountain of Ararat, to be in unity with it and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

We took a 5-person tour, our guide was Hakob Ezikyan and the driver Rudolf Pogosyan, it's over. It's great. Loved the picturesque places, the trip was comfortable and delicious. A sea of emotions and vivid experiences were remembered, in addition to the gorgeous memorable photos taken by the Guide. We learned a lot, the guide always kept the conversation going, it was very nice and interesting. We would love to repeat the tour and unequivocally recommend friends and loved ones.

Tour lasted 5 hrs, the places are very popular and therefore quite busy, especially Geghard monastery, but it was well worth. David was an excellent driver, extremely careful in avoiding bumps, gave us good suggestions, and his vehicle was spotless.

Jan Armenia handled the travel arrangements for the visit. Booking and communication prior to the trip were managed appropriately. Any clarifications that were needed were addressed in a timely manner. During the tour, guidance was provided by Mr.Ara and Mr.David. Both individuals demonstrated familiarity with the local history and geography of Yerevan & other Armenia . Schedules were followed as planned, and the guides maintained a steady pace throughout the excursions.

Booked this tour directly in office in Yeveran. Staff were all lovely. Tour went as planned however at the end I lost my bag with phone in it and wasn’t sure if in the car or had dropped in the street. Went to the office in a panic and the staff went straight in to action making phone calls to driver and then helped me use “Find my phone” to locate where it was (on road just where I got of car!). They went above and beyond and we were so grateful we didn’t just do a tour with those offering on the street but with a proper travel agent .
