DEFINITELY add these two temples to your list. Preah Vihear is worth the travel time to see. It is unique in it's layout, it has much history and the views - both of Thailand and Cambodia from the high point are breathtaking. Koh Ker - is amazing. A pyramid style temple that you can climb way up to the top and look down on the world. This tour company looked after me from beginning to end. My guide was very knowledgeable and I highly recommend this tour company and this day trip. These temples are amazing.
