1.00It's a totaly scam. We spent 120,95€ on ski equipment and cable car tickets and once we had everything we had enough time to enjoy the experience according to the guide's own instructions. When we had everything and had just started skiing, he contacted us to tell us that we were not in the car park and that we had to leave in a very aggressive tone. We couldn't get our money back, neither the ski hire nor the cable car tickets, and we had to run to the car park so that he wouldn't leave us stranded. When we met him, he greeted us with a threatening attitude and verbal aggression. When we explained the situation to him and he realised his mistake, far from admitting it, he tried to lie to us saying that the agreed time was the time of arrival at the second point of the tour, we were tourists, at what point would we agree with someone the time of arrival at the next point if we are in a new place and we don't know the distances? The rest of the tour was not only uncomfortable and overwhelming, but for the next stop he didn't even leave us half an hour, totally insufficient time to enjoy it, because he said that we had made him ‘waste his time’. Don't take that tour, is all about lies, you can do the same route by taxi paying 10 times less.
