Cruise along peaceful canals and see a quieter side of Bangkok. Pass wooden houses on stilts — some well-kept, others old and leaning — and catch a glimpse of local life by the water. You might even spot a water monitor lizard sunbathing!
Visit the stunning Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn), a riverside landmark with its colorful, towering spire. Then take a short ferry ride to Wat Pho, home of the Reclining Buddha — one of Thailand’s most beautiful temple treasures.
End the day at Pak Khlong Talad, Bangkok’s largest flower market, where rows of vibrant blooms create a feast for the senses.

I’m really happy we chose to spend the morning with guide Da she was so kind and welcoming, and made everything feel easy and relaxed from the start. The Reclining Buddha is seriously huge in real life way more impressive than in photos and the golden details are just incredible to see up close. But honestly, the best part of the day was the canal tour. Riding on a longtail boat with the breeze coming through was such a nice break from the Bangkok heat. It felt really refreshing and peaceful. Cruising past the old wooden houses and seeing how locals live along the canals gave the whole experience a very authentic vibe. And at one point, Da even spotted a big monitor lizard just chilling in the sun such a cool surprise! Overall, it was a really enjoyable and memorable morning. Everything felt relaxed, fun, and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

We had such an amazing time with Paula! We started at Wat Pho to see the Reclining Buddha (seriously, it’s huge!), but the boat trip was the real star for us. Cruising past that giant Buddha statue in the canals was so big and beautiful it’s definitely a hidden highlight. We finished at Wat Arun, which was also stunning with all the porcelain details. If you want a perfect Bangkok morning, Paula is the one!

I would never have discovered such breathtaking beauty if I hadn't booked this private tour. Da took incredible care of us throughout the entire journey. The canal tour was fun and peaceful at the same time. The highlight for me was passing by the Giant Buddha it is massive, golden, and looks incredible from the water! The temples were amazing and stunning. The canal tour was such a cool contrast to the busy city streets. Everything from the hotel pickup to the cold water on the boat was top-notch. Thank you, Da, for such a memorable morning!

We had a wonderful time on the 8 pm dinner cruise! It is worth paying more for the upper level if offered. Staff was great and food amazing!

We had a fantastic afternoon with Nate as our guide, and Mr. Bill as our driver. Nate shared so much detailed information about the culture, Buddhism, history and future plans for the places we were seeing. He was personable and the trip was so well curated. The communication leading up to the trip by both the tour company and guide was thorough, clear, and made us feel like we would be in excellent hands. If you’re looking for a good way to spend an afternoon in Bangkok, this should be your top choice!

If you want to see the side of Bangkok that isn't just shopping malls, ask for Da. She took us through the back canals and it was so peaceful. The temples were stunning, of course, but the way Da explains the Buddhist rituals made us appreciate them so much more. She’s very genuine and funny. It felt like walking around with a local friend rather than a formal tour.

Had James as our guide and he was fantastic. He’s very easy-going and made the whole 'temple-hopping' experience feel effortless. The boat ride was definitely my favorite part getting away from the tourist traps and seeing the local life. James knows all the best spots. If you're on the fence, just book it!

Our day with Jimmy was the highlight of our Bangkok trip. My favorite moment was on the private boat tour Jimmy pointed out a huge monitor lizard on the canal bank and we all got so excited! He really brought the city to life for us. The temples were breathtaking, and Jimmy made sure we stayed cool and hydrated the whole time. He’s so warm and attentive. Thank you, Jimmy for making such a core memory for us!

I don’t usually get excited about temples, but this one changed my mind. Gina told stories in a way that made everything easier to understand, not too deep but still meaningful. The boat ride gave us a nice break from walking.

This tour didn’t feel stiff or touristy at all. Miya made everything feel natural, like she was showing us around her city. The canal ride was calm, temples were impressive up close, and the flower market was a fun sensory overload. Easygoing, fun, and well paced.
