Tournai is definitely worth a visit. Unfortunately the imposing cathedral is all a construction site for major restorations, but the exterior is already worth it. The beffroi is one of the most impressive in Belgium and the main madwoman is very pretty with the pearl of the romantic church of Saint Quentin. The small museum of fine arts is worth a visit for both the works on display and the architecture of Victor Horta's art nouveau museum.
