Unprofessional Driver - Failed to Meet at Arrivals, Excessive Wait Time

1.00I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. The driver sent me a message saying he was scheduled to pick me up on November 3, but when I checked my online Viatour reservation, it clearly showed November 4. On November 4, the driver was supposed to meet me at the international arrivals area with a signboard displaying my name. Instead, he remained in the parking lot. After waiting 30 minutes at arrivals with no one to greet me, he finally called my WhatsApp to tell me he was in the parking lot. I then went to the parking lot and waited another 10 minutes for him to come to the location where he knew I was waiting. He still didn't show up. When I contacted him, he said he needed another 7 minutes. At that point, I told him I couldn't wait any longer. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I ended up taking a regular taxi to my hotel for only $9.80. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I expect a full refund.

5.00I had a great experience with Travel Mate for airport transfers to and from the airport. Shahadat was a great communicator and kept me updated on arrival. I liked that he uses Whatsapp and replies immediately. I never had to worry since he was readily available and professional. He was always on time and very responsive. The driver was great and had good driving skills - i felt safe despite the hectic Dhaka traffic and driving! I would recommend and use them again. Thank you!
