We enjoyed our drive from our hotel in Beijing to the cruise port. Our driver arrived on time and met us in the lobby of the JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central. He didn’t speak much English but we were able to communicate using our translator app. He was a very safe driver. I highly recommend this private transfer. It was a very calming and relaxing experience. Thank you Viator Tours, each time we have used any of your services it has been top notch.

After a 14 hour flight it was so refreshing to have someone waiting with a sign showing my name clearly visible. The driver was excellent and his vehicle was extremely clean and comfortable. We were able to communicate with his limited English by using our translator apps on our phones and he gave us a lot of useful information about the area around our hotel. Our experience could not have been better. Thank you for your excellent service.

Driver was on time, waiting for us with our name in the lobby. He was friendly and accommodating. The minivan was luxurious and very comfortable. We have zero complaints! Definitely recommend, most relaxing way to get to the cruise ship from Beijing.

This was a fantastic transfer to the cruise port. The driver was early and the ride was comfortable. Easy way to get from Beijing to the cruise port. Driver even scheduled a stop halfway through the trip for a bathroom break. Will definitely use this service again.

Be careful, we had large size cases and they wouldn't fit in the car, he had to tie the boot which I wasn't happy with but we made it, the driver didn't speak English so they sent another person with him who was very informative and gave us a lot of tips for our up coming trip
