  We were able to talk with the driver and enjoyed the trip very much. Google translate mix conversation possible everywhere! He loaded our bags and answered all our questions.

  They were no shows to pick us up. Was told to take a cab. Was ripped off for $1700 dollars. Only use UBER. Santiago must get a handle on all the scams at the airport.

  This was our first trip to Chile. Pre-booking with Viator was easy and removed any cash worries. The experience started with great communication from the transportation company (CICAR Turismo). I was emailed the day before with the drivers name of who would be meeting us and where we would meet him. Due to departure weather we arrived over two hours later than originally scheduled. Our driver, Roberto, did not seem fazed by this delay. He had sent a picture of himself and the sign he would be holding. He tracked our inbound flight so he already knew it was late. Upon arrival he sent us messages on the procedure to meet him and what we should look for (sign with our name and flight number). He asked we keep him up to date on how we were making out through customs and picking up our bags. Due to the volume of arrivals it was a slow process but Roberto and I kept communicating on how it was going. Once we had our bags we headed to the gate and there he was smiling with the sign. He was easy to spot, very pleasant and helpful. He helped move our bags to his car. He brought the car around, loaded our bags and off we went to the hotel. The car was clean and up to date. It felt like a safe ride to us. Overall using Viator and (CICAR Turismo) was a great experience. We would definitely use them again.

  Our flight arrived late yet we still had to wait a while for the driver who was not at the airport. Driver did not assist with bags. Vehicle is excellent and the trip to the hotel was smooth. But would have been better off taking a taxi right away (they are right outside the arrivals area) instead of walking with all our bags to the airport garage, which takes some time.

  Great experience. Everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this servvice. Vehicle was clean and driver was tracking my flight and let me know he would pick us up in spite of our flight being three hours late.

  Super convenient and easy to get from the airport to anywhere in the city of Santiago. Driver was also great at speaking Spanish with us and getting us warmed up. He didn’t complain at all about how bad our Spanish was.
