5.00Had contact details before landing. Communicated with Giani was easy and confirmed location to find him and was there with a smile. Handled our luggage at airport and into hotel. Provided information about Brussels on the drive to the hotel and pointed out various buildings and sites. Excellent driver and guide would highly recommend asking for Giani if booking a transfer.
