What To Expect
As soon as you make your reservation, I will contact you by email to have information about your arrival flight. Then I will receive you after the luggage at the arrival level with a tablet where your name will be mentioned. When we meet, I will help you with the luggage and accompany you to my vehicle for the transfer. I will offer you a drink per person. You will have all the comfort in my vehicle, hybrid therefore silent and can pollute. Equipped with iPhone and Type-C charger. As well as a payment terminal and free wifi access.

5.00Our driver Naseem was excellent! He was waiting for us in airport, on time, the car was clean and pleasant. Naseem was very polite and made all efforts to get us to our destination, even though the entrance to our apartment was tricky.

5.00The driver was waiting for us when we arrived, even though our plane landed an hour later than scheduled. The driver then carried my wife's luggage to the vehicle so she did not have to, which was a nice touch. I also appreciate him putting both of our luggage into the back of his vehicle for us. We were tired after a long day, and something as simple as him picking up the luggage so we did not have to was greatly appreciated.

1.00About 20 hours ahead of our scheduled arrival at CDG airport, our flight plans changed. I contacted the vendor through Viator’s website to alert the vendor. The reply I received said they could not accommodate our delayed arrival (5 hours later on the same day). The vendor also refused to refund the fee I had prepaid. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. (All this happened unexpectedly inside the “24 hour” non-refundable period. Still, our arrival was only delayed by 5 hours and the vendor had about 18 hours to arrange for a driver to meet my wife and me at CDG airport.)
