5.00Was expecting a shuttle as pictured but instead a private driver came and picked us up directly from our hostel. Driver even arrived early to get us to the airport on time due to traffic. So nice and made sure we were comfortable for the drive.

5.00Very prompt even with the entire city shut down on Sunday for Processions! Most of our friends shuttles were very late but ours got us on time. Well kept car and driver spoke English. Highly recommend!

We received personal attention from the owner, William, who coordinated both trips with Joshua, our driver. Joshua could not have been more easy to communicate with and pleasant throughout our road journey. Kudos to Quetzal Shuttle and its staff! We will definitely ask for their assistance on our next trip.
