5.00The booking was a bit confusing as I didn't see where to add the pick up time so the confirmed time wasn12 midnight even though my cruise arrival time was set for 10 am in the comments. Despite this error Viator customer service got me in contact with the tour operator and a driver was dispatched to collect us immediately. The driver was very courteous and professional and my party were relived to start our vacation in Barcelona in a positive manner. I would highly recommend this company.
