Used transfer service from El Calafate to hotel. Driver was waiting right outside baggage claim holding a sign with my name on it. Driver was very professional, helped with our bags, provided lots of interesting information the town and region during the drive into town. Highly recommended.

Alexis is the BEST! 10/10 communication and such a wonderful and kind person. Service was very reliable and then he was also able to help get us to and from a hike during our stay.
