Located in the heart of Southern Patagonia, 300 kms south of El Calafate, it is considered one of the most beautiful parks in the world for its curious and unique conformation of mountains, glaciers, lakes, waterfalls, flora and fauna.
Crossing the Patagonian steppe from north to south we will arrive at the Cancha Carrera border crossing (approximately 3.30 hrs), from where we will start touring the beautiful south of Chile.

What To Expect
El Calafate
Discover in a full day excursion Torres del Paine National Park (Chile), considered one of the eighth wonders of the world. Located in the heart of Southern Patagonia, 300 kms south of El Calafate, it is considered one of the most beautiful parks in the world for its curious and unique conformation of mountains, glaciers, lakes, waterfalls, flora and fauna. Onboard our OVERLAND 4X4 TRUCKS we will visit strategic points, from where we will undertake walks that allow us to access the panoramic viewpoints of the most important natural attractions of the Park. By default we do a walk of low technical difficulty and minimal physical demand. The walk is done in the company of our trekking guides authorized by CONAF - Chile.
El Calafate
The tour begins early in the morning from El Calafate -we use several support vehicles to ensure a quick start of the tour- to the international border. Chile the head vehicle finished the pick up we will head to the international border of Cancha Carrera - Cerro Castillo, taking the unpaved road called "The ShortCut" where we will arrive in at 10.30 am approximately. The guide will assist the travelers on the customs procedures. The reduced travel times are the result of the enormous benefits of using our latest generation 4x4 Overland Truck, which allows excellent performance on the asphalt (even by on top of conventional buses) and circulate on unpaved roads almost like on the asphalt.

5.00The Torres tour guide we picked up in Chile spoke Spanish and English but neither of the 2 bus drivers spoke any English. We had to rely on other passengers who spoke English to interpret what was being said by the bus drivers before and after we picked up the Chilean tour guide for the park. The tour in the tourist park was gorgeous.

5.00This was an awesome experience. The sights and beauty is just breathtaking so that is the positive part of this tour and totally worth it. The only negative part is that it is an all day tour .: we left our hotel at 630am and came back to el calafate at 1030pm. The tour included an additional hike to a waterfall and we go to see the Torres at the end of the day so am we stopped for pictures this making the tour longer. Bring packaged snacks. Do this tour on your first or second day in el Calafte while you are still energetic.

5.00Very comfortable vehicle, good windows, comfortable seats. Our guide was a great source of information and very eloquent. Our lunch was plentiful. The trip and the views were spectacular! We were so happy to have a clear day and were able to see all the “picos”. It is a long day, but so worth it. I would definitely do it again.

3.00If short on time and keen to visit the beautiful park of torres de pain in a few hours then this tour is an option and it does what it says. However, bear in mind, you must start your day very early, tour collection is at 6.30 am,you spend most of your day travelling and less than a third in the park.

5.00Overall a very long trip as expected but it was worth it. Niko was a great tour guide and his passion for this area shows. He took us on a off the beaten path hike which was fantastic. The only little complaint I had was with the meal provided - it was super cold and the rice was almost frozen and inedible. I strongly recommend carrying your own meal or picking up something along the way. We did stop in places that had food, so it was not a big deal. Keep in mind that you are crossing country borders and cannot take fruits/vegetables along.

4.00A great trip when the weather is right. We were lucky on our day with great visibility. This tour is a taster session for the park or for those who are short on time and have a day to see it. If you want longer advise flying into Puerto Natales. The drive from El calafate is long. Exceptional driving and stamina to go there and back in a day. We had a 1hr 30 min walk around the perimeter of Torres Del Paine and saw the complex massif clearly. Guide was very good. Lunch was sufficient. Pick up and drop off all efficient. Saw waterfall from a distance. Tip: Bring a neck pillow. And extra jacket.
