The bus is large and with 46 people there was confusion and time spent about getting tickets to the park and who paid for the boat ride. We were at the back of the bus and had difficulty hearing the guide and could not see any of the visuals he referrenced and he never walked to the back. We had purchased our park tickets ahead of time as requested by the company, however, it would have been helpful to know that there is no internet and we should have had a copy of our receipt of payment. Many people had not purchased their tickets and this required a lot of time waiting for people and hearding them back into the bus. That said, the tour guide was very pleasant, kind and knowledgeable. The boat ride was stunning and we had plenty of time on the water to take photos and move around the boat for different views. The cafe at the walk ways and balconies was clean and had ample bathrooms for all the passengers on the many buses coming and going. They had a nice selection of food and drinks, but if you’d like to save time waiting in line for lunch, BYO. We had 2 hours to walk the pathways which was enough, but we did keep a steady pace. We saw all but two of the balcony overlooks. There is a wheelchair accessible ramp to the first balcony and then there are a lot of stairs for the remaining balconies. The stairs are very stable and in sets of 6 with good railings throughout. The views are amazingly beautiful and awe-inspiring. Overall, the bus was clean and the drivers was skilled. It was a solidly good experience. I’m guessing there are better.

Logistics were handled very well to and from the National Park, and the boat navigation to the glacier was exceptional. Depending on the pickup time booked, plan to self-providing food for the journey.

Beauty in its pure state! Very good organization. The bus picks you up from the hotel and takes you. On site after about an hour and a half drive. Take the boat option it allows you to approach the glaciers and it is magical!

Very beautiful sights but you can probably skip the navigation boat trip as you don't get any view that you can't see from shore just a bit further away.

Fabulous day with a great guide (Veronica) and driver. The boat trip got us up close to the glacier, and we were free to walk along the paths for a couple of hours - we were lucky with weather. A great day - highly recommended !!!

Good guide, picking up from hotel, great glacier viewing experience. However, if you are tight in budget but have the ability to walk on the nicely built pathway trails with some stairs, you can consider skipping the pricey boat trip because you would be able to see more angles of the glacier on the walkway.

I was definitely amazed by the tour! The views are insane! The boat tour is an absolute must. The balconies are just as fascinating — you can enjoy the glacier at your own pace and see it from different angles. Our tour guide was incredibly sweet. I was the only passenger who spoke only English, and she came to me each time to explain everything she was saying. She really took great care of me, and I felt so special! 😄 I couldn’t recommend this tour more. You have to go!
