Upon receiving your booking we will send you confirmation text or email. Within 24hr of pickup we will send you a follow up email or text with thorough instructions in regards to the meeting point/ pickup location. Upon collecting luggage/ clearing customs either send us a text or call us on our toll free number and proceed to meet up point. We will then meet you at the meet up point. Sit back and relax as we get you to your destination.

5.00The meeting was a little difficult as we needed to phone Joanne the driver meaning call for a few hundred yards goes Oz to London and back!! However, Joanne is a great driver and very friendly.

5.00We are a family of four and we used A& J Transfers and couldn't have been happier. They provided us airport pick up and drop off, and theme parks pick up and drop off. They were very reasonably priced compared to others, provided us with child seats, and included a complimentary drop off to collect our keys. They were always on time, and were lovely and friendly drivers. Their cars are clean inside and out. Not only are they great drivers but Aiden and Joanne wear their hearts on their sleeves and really displayed the Queenslander spirit. We also appreciated the local tips they provided us on activites and places to visit. A&J's welcoming greetings made us feel that we were being driven by a member of your family! We thank you A&J Transfers for making our trip fun! We highly recommend A&J transfers.
